How To Make Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make dip. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
After you preheat your oven (to the temperature listed on the recipe card at the end of the post), it’s time to start making the dip! It just takes a minute.
To a bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, mozzarella, pepper, and salt.
Be sure to shred the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses used in this recipe yourself instead of using pre-shredded cheese—the anti-caking agents contained in pre-shredded cheese will hinder the melting process, which will result in a less creamy dip.

Mix until the ingredients are combined.

Then add in the chopped artichoke hearts and spinach. Look at that health food down there with all those veggies! 😉

Give it another good mix so everything’s evenly combined.

Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
I used a 7.5” x 5.5” dish, but anything 8” x 8” or smaller works fine.

Bake for 20 minutes.
If you want more gooey cheese on top, sprinkle some extra freshly shredded parmesan on top, and pop it back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.

Serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy!

I made this and the buffalo chicken dip for appetizers for a family get-together. Both were huge hits!
Just like I remembered it. Excellent recipe!
