How To Make Grilled Pork Chops (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the recipe. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
Preheat your grill to medium-high. (Medium-high is between 375°F and 450°F.)
Prepare the seasoning and get out your pork chops and olive oil.

Brush half the olive oil on one side of the pork chops…

… and season with half the seasoning. Then flip the pork chops and repeat the process.
I highly recommend doing this in the containers the pork chops come in as shown in these photos. This makes clean-up much easier since you can just toss the plastic containers!

Place pork chops on the grill and sear them for two minutes on each side.

Then cook until they reach a safe internal temperature of 145°F.
Grilling Tip
I personally prefer to cook my pork chops on the hot part of the grill for a quicker meal. Alternatively, you can also place them on a cooler spot and cook them a bit longer. Either way, just be sure your chops hit the recommended safe internal temp!

After you remove your pork chops from the grill, let them rest for three minutes before cutting them and digging in. Enjoy!
