How To Make Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the recipe. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

- Preheat oven to temperature listed on the recipe card (at the end of the post).
- Photo 1: Begin by preparing the Brussels sprouts and drying them thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese to create a delicious sauce.
- Photo 2: Pour the sauce over the Brussels sprouts and toss them until they are fully coated.
- Photo 3: Add the Parmesan cheese and toss once again.
Prep Alternatives 💫
- If you want the cheese to melt primarily on the sprouts rather than crisping on the baking sheet, avoid tossing the Parmesan with the sprouts. Instead, sprinkle it carefully by hand after adding the sprouts to the baking sheet.
- For extra crispy sprouts, bake them for 10 minutes before adding the Parmesan cheese. This will allow you to bake the dish longer until the sprouts are perfectly crispy!
- Photo 4: Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a large, rimmed non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then take them out of the oven and toss them while also scraping off any Parmesan cheese that may have stuck to the pan.
- Put the pan back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, then repeat the previous step of tossing and scraping.
- Feel free to return the dish to the oven for an extra 5 minutes if you prefer your Brussels sprouts to be extra crispy. Just be sure not to burn the Parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy your delicious and crispy Parmesan Brussels sprouts. Try to share (even though it’s going to be hard!).
