How To Make Peanut Butter Crunch Bars (Quick Overview)

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.

Photo 1: In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Stir well and keep stirring occasionally until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Photos 2 and 3: Take the saucepan off the heat and add powdered sugar, coconut flakes, and chopped peanuts. Again mix well.
Note
Depending on your personal sweetness preferences, you can choose peanut butter and shredded coconut that are sweetened or unsweetened.

Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (see notes)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (see notes)
- 1 1/4 cup roughly chopped dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Instructions
- Line an 8”x8” baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Stir well.
- Keep stirring occasionally until all the ingredients melt and are thoroughly combined.
- Take the saucepan off the heat and add powdered sugar, coconut flakes, and chopped peanuts. Mix well.
- Quickly pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of four hours before cutting into even pieces. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
