Why You Will Love Halloween Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients Needed for Cheesecake Halloween Cups
Ingredient quantities for these easy Halloween cheesecake cups are located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
- Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Filling – This is the special ingredient that makes these cheesecake cups so easy to make! I always buy it at Walmart, but some grocery stores carry it as well.
- 2-oz mini dessert cups – I purchased the set with (mini) spoons included. They also have a set with cups + spoons + lids if you need to transport your cheesecake cups.
- Food dye
- Various toppings (sprinkles, Oreos, candy corn, candy eyes)
If you use 2-oz cups, a tub of filling will make 12 individual servings.

Below, I’ll share exactly which toppings I purchased for each type of cheesecake cup I made.

How To Make Halloween Cheesecake Cups
The steps below outline a few ideas for making these cheesecake cups, but you can get as creative as you want!
Divide the cheesecake filling and dye it to your preferences. I made orange, black, green, and purple cheesecake with this food dye gel.

Now it’s time to get creative! Here’s how I decorated each variation.
Orange Halloween Cheesecake Cups
For these, I used:
- Stir Halloween Sprinkle Mix – I purchased this at Joann Fabrics and used sprinkle mixes with orange in the color scheme. Any fun sprinkles will do!
- Brach’s Autumn Mix – I used a pumpkin from this mix.

Green Halloween Cheesecake Cups
For these, I used:
- Stir Halloween Sprinkle Mix – The mini eyeballs also came in the Halloween tackle box. I think it would also be fun to use these large eyes and make them one-eyed monsters!

Purple Halloween Cheesecake Cups
For these, I used:
- Halloween Oreos – These are great because they come with five different designs. The designs are very clear on the cookies, which is a big plus.
- Purple sprinkles – I love how vibrant these are!
- Plastic spiders – You can never go wrong with creepy plastic spiders. Just make sure people know they aren’t edible!

Black Halloween Cheesecake Cups
For these, I used:
- Oreos – I crushed the cookies to make the dirt. You can use regular Oreos or Halloween Oreos (it doesn’t matter since you won’t use the filling).
- Zombie hands – Just like the plastic spiders, make sure people know these aren’t edible!

I hope you have fun with these. Happy Halloween! 🎃
