Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 oz strongly brewed coffee (see notes)
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar (or more to taste)
- Optional garnish: whipped cream and/or more pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (For a frothier result as pictured, blend at a high speed. For less froth, blend at a low speed.)
- Pour into a microwave-safe mug and microwave to your desired temperature.
- Top with whipped cream and/or pumpkin pie spice (optional).
Notes
- Make sure your coffee is strong since you’re only using 4 oz. My favorite coffee to use in this lately is Nescafe Gold Instant Espresso (a heaping tsp made in 4 oz water). I use the Intense version, but the Blonde works too – it just has less caffeine.
