Peanut Butter Blossoms (with Extra Peanut Butter!)
These Peanut Butter Blossoms are made with extra peanut buttery dough for a spectacular peanut butter blossom cookie experience!

A few years ago, I decided to switch up the traditional blossoms cookie dough so it has less flour and more peanut butter. Give them a try and thank me later! 🙂 These always get gobbled up first whenever I bring them to holiday parties.

- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- All-purpose flour
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Peanut butter
- Egg
- Vanilla extract
- Hershey’s Kisses
How To Make Easy Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the peanut butter blossom cookies recipe. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
- Preheat oven to temperature listed on the recipe card (end of post).
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.

- Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

- With an electric or stand mixer, mix the batter until it is well combined.

- Add granulated sugar to a small bowl. Shape cookie dough into 1” balls and roll in sugar to fully coat the outside.

- Place each cookie on a non-stick cookie sheet approximately 2” apart.

- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges of the cookies start to brown slightly. Do not overbake!
- Immediately press a Hershey’s kiss into the top of each cookie, then remove the cookies and cool on a wire cooling rack.

- Serve and enjoy!
Tip
Want to reduce the sugar in this recipe without sacrificing flavor? Use a sugar substitute that can be replaced 1:1 for sugar, like Swerve Granular.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (plus extra to coat unbaked cookies)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)
Instructions

- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
