These cookies use all-natural peanut butter and minimal flour to create a peanut butter cookie with a superior texture to traditional peanut butter cookies. That’s my opinion anyway, and I’m sticking to it. 😉 Plus, the low flour content allows the peanut butter flavor to really shine. Give them a try – I think you will love them too!

How To Make PB Cookies (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the cookies. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
- Preheat oven and combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
Important Tip
When working with natural peanut butter in recipes, make sure it is fully combined for best results. If needed, you can take the jar’s contents out and dump it into a food processor to mix everything before using it in a recipe.

- With an electric or stand mixer, mix the batter until it is well combined.

- Form and place cookie balls using a heaping tablespoon of batter each onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Space each cookie approximately 2” apart. Use two cookie sheets if necessary.

- Using the back of a fork, flatten each cookie slightly and create a criss-cross pattern on top.

- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops of the cookies start to brown slightly. Do not overbake!
- Remove the cookies and cool on a wire cooling rack. Then serve and enjoy!
