How To Make Garlic Lemon Salmon Recipe (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make garlic lemon salmon recipe. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

Note
Remove salmon from fridge and let it sit for 15 minutes before moving on to the recipe steps. (Salmon cooks best when warmed to room temperature.)
- Preheat oven cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then evenly space salmon onto the paper (skin side down if you’re using skin-on salmon). Pat tops of fillets with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. (Photo 1)
- Brush the top of the fillets with melted butter. Then, top the fillets with lemon pepper and garlic. (Photo 2)
- Bake salmon for 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at the thickest part of the fillet). When fully cooked, the salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork. (Photo 3)
- Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy! (Photo 4)

Garlic and Lemon Salmon

Ingredients
- 16 oz salmon (cut into four fillets)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Remove salmon from fridge and let it sit for 15 minutes (salmon cooks best when warmed to room temperature).

- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then evenly space salmon onto the paper (skin side down if you're using skin-on salmon). Pat tops of fillets with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
