- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Bake (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make this chicken casserole. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
- Preheat oven to temperature on recipe card (at the end of the post).
- In a pan over medium heat, fry the quartered bacon pieces.
- Remove 3 slices’ worth of bacon (12 pieces) from the pan and set them aside on a clean plate.
- To the pan with the remaining bacon and bacon fat, add the cubed chicken.

- When the chicken is mostly cooked, add garlic, cauliflower, and broccoli. Cover and cook for 8 minutes, then drain excess water.

- Combine chicken mixture, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Add the mixture to a 9″×13″ casserole dish and top the mixture with the remaining cheese.

- Place into preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven. Add the bacon you set aside earlier to the top of the casserole, either as is or crumbled.

- Serve warm and enjoy!
