- Non-fat plain Greek yogurt – or vanilla if you’d like (just make sure it doesn’t contain added sugar)
- Zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix (or any other flavor) – just the dry powder; you don’t need to make it!
- Protein powder of choice that contains 25-30g protein per serving – here is the protein powder I use
- Zero sugar whipped topping – in a tub, not in a can (aka Cool Whip)
- Reese’s Zero Sugar Miniature Cups – you can also use regular peanut butter cups if you don’t mind the added sugar
How To Make High Protein Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Fluff (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the high protein fluff. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
Add the yogurt, pudding mix (dry powder), and protein powder to a bowl.

This recipe is super customizable! You can easily switch up the flavor by switching up the protein powder flavor and pudding mix flavor.
Grab your hand mixer and whip the mixture on medium-high for about 3 minutes until it looks light, fluffy, and airy—just like this:

Now add the whipped topping.

Then fold the whipped topping into the yogurt base until fully combined.

For the final touch, you can top each serving with the chopped peanut butter cups, or you can mix them in.

High Protein Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix (or any other flavor, dry powder)
- 1 serving protein powder of choice (for 25-30g protein)
- 1 1/2 cups zero sugar whipped topping (thawed on counter for 45 minutes)
- 4 Reese’s Zero Sugar Miniature Cups (chopped)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, pudding mix, and protein powder. Whip on medium-high for 3 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Top each serving with half of the chopped peanut butter cups. Or, you can fold them into the cheesecake fluff.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For a “fluffier” fluff, you can fold in more whipped topping.
- This recipe can be easily halved for a single serving.
