  2. Zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix (or any other flavor) – just the dry powder; you don’t need to make it!
  3. Protein powder of choice that contains 25-30g protein per serving – here is the protein powder I use
  4. Zero sugar whipped topping – in a tub, not in a can (aka Cool Whip)
  5. Reese’s Zero Sugar Miniature Cups – you can also use regular peanut butter cups if you don’t mind the added sugar

How To Make High Protein Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Fluff (Quick Overview)

Add the yogurt, pudding mix (dry powder), and protein powder to a bowl.

This recipe is super customizable! You can easily switch up the flavor by switching up the protein powder flavor and pudding mix flavor.

Grab your hand mixer and whip the mixture on medium-high for about 3 minutes until it looks light, fluffy, and airy—just like this:

Now add the whipped topping.

Then fold the whipped topping into the yogurt base until fully combined.
