Ingredient quantities for this easy high protein dessert recipe are located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

  1. Non-fat plain Greek yogurt – or vanilla if you’d like (just make sure it doesn’t contain added sugar)
  2. Zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix (or any other flavor) – just the dry powder; you don’t need to make it!
  3. Protein powder of choice that contains 25-30g protein per serving – here is the protein powder I use
  4. Zero sugar whipped topping – in a tub (aka Cool Whip), not in a can
  5. No sugar added cherry pie filling 🍒

How To Make High Protein Cherry Cheesecake Fluff (Quick Overview)

The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the high protein dessert. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

To a bowl, add the yogurt, pudding mix, and protein powder.

You can completely change up the flavor of this recipe just by swapping the protein powder and pudding mix flavors!

Grab your hand mixer and whip the mixture on medium-high for about 3 minutes until it’s nice and light and fluffy—just like this:

Then add the whipped topping…

and gently fold in until well combined, like you can see below.

If you want a “fluffier” fluff, you can fold in more whipped topping. (This won’t increase the protein count, but it will taste great!)

Spoon the cherry filling over each serving, or mix it in. The filling is pretty low in calories, so don’t feel bad if you want to be a little heavy handed with it! 🍒
