Then, remove the grapes from the stems and mix the two varieties together.

Grape Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs seedless red grapes
- 2 lbs seedless green grapes
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt; use vanilla Greek yogurt for a strong vanilla flavor)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (for topping)
- Cinnamon (optional; to taste, with topping)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes. Remove from stems and add to a large bowl. Mix to combine the two type of grapes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cream cheese mixture to the bowl with the grapes, and fold in until the grapes are evenly coated.
- Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Just before serving, combine brown sugar and chopped pecans in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the whole dish, or on top of each individual serving.
