  1. Non-fat plain Greek yogurt – or vanilla if you’d like (just make sure it doesn’t contain added sugar)
  2. Zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix (or any other flavor) – just the dry powder; you don’t need to make it!
  3. Protein powder of choice that contains 25-30g protein per serving – here is the protein powder I use
  4. Zero sugar whipped topping – in a tub, not in a can (aka Cool Whip)

How To Make High Protein Cheesecake Fluff (Quick Overview)

The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the high protein fluff. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

Grab a bowl and add the yogurt, pudding mix, and protein powder.

You can greatly vary the flavor of this recipe by switching up the protein powder flavor and pudding mix flavor.

Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high for about 3 minutes until it’s lightened up and fluffy, like this:

Add whipped topping…

and gently fold in until well combined.

If you want a “fluffier” fluff, feel free to fold in more whipped topping at this step.
