Halloween Candy Corn Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup powdered sugar (depending on your sweetness preferences)
- candy corn
Homemade Whipped Topping
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Begin by making Homemade Whipped Topping in a large bowl or stand mixer by mixing heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Start on low-medium speed, then increase to high until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- To another large bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Again start on low-medium speed, then increase to high until cream cheese is light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the Homemade Whipped Topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon into individual serving dishes and top with candy corn as desired.
Notes
- The number of servings depends on the size of your dessert cups.
- For an easier recipe, you can replace the Homemade Whipped Topping with an 8-oz tub of Cool Whip.
