Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken or baked chicken breast (shredded)
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/3 cup Frank’s RedHot Wings Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese (optional; for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese to a large bowl. Mix, either using a hand mixer on low or by thoroughly stirring by hand.
- Gently fold shredded rotisserie chicken into the dip mixture.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Add dip mixture into the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot throughout.
- Top with green onions and optionally blue cheese. You can also optionally drizzle the dip with more Buffalo Sauce, or sprinkle on more shredded cheese and place under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
