Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken wings (bone-in and skin-on)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- If your air fryer has a preheat option, set it to 360°F. (If not, turn the air fryer on for 2-3 minutes at 360°F before adding the wings.)
- Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place chicken wings on a clean plate, pat them dry, and coat them evenly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix onto the wings and rub it in for an even coating.
- Arrange the wings evenly in the air fryer basket, with space between them. (Depending on the air fryer’s size, you may need to cook in batches.) Cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip the wings using tongs and cook for another 12 minutes.
- Increase the air fryer temperature to 390°F and continue cooking the wings for 6 minutes, flipping them at the 3-minute mark.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches at least 165°F. The wings are done at this point, but for the best taste, aim for a range of 180°F-200°F. If needed, cook for an extra 2-5 minutes.
- Serve the wings warm. Enjoy!
