- 2 lbs ground pork
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp fennel seed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Begin by adding ground pork to a mixing bowl, followed by the remaining ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Use the Italian Sausage in any recipe that calls for it.
- If you want to make it as a dish: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook while breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon until the meat is browned and cooked through.

- Feel free to halve this recipe if you only need 1 lb of Italian Sausage for a recipe.
