Gather all of your ingredients. I like to cube the meats and cheeses in roughly similar sizes.

Prepare dressing in a small bowl. Add salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing.

I recommend buying the pepperoni and salami from the deli counter. You can also opt to purchase the provolone and mozzarella this way. Request for them to be sliced slightly thicker – I prefer mine at around 1/2″.

Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
- 5 oz Genoa salami (cubed)
- 5 oz pepperoni (cubed)
- 5 oz provolone cheese (cubed)
- 5 oz mozzarella cheese (cubed)
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pepperoncinis
- 1/4 cup halved black olives
- 1 medium red bell pepper c(hopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp salt (or more more to taste)
- 1/2 pepper (or more more to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Combine thoroughly.
- In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Combine thoroughly.
- Pour dressing over salad, toss to evenly coat all ingredients.
