- 2 large sweet potatoes about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- If your air fryer has the option, preheat it to 380°F. If not, run the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 380°F before adding the sweet potatoes.
