Note

Because these deviled eggs use cream cheese instead of mayo, the filling is thicker. If you prefer a thinner filling consistency, you can thin it out with heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency. You can also use sour cream or even mayo, but you risk altering the flavor too much with those ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  • Begin by removing the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs and placing them in a bowl.
  • Add cream cheese and seasoning to the yolks in the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
