How To Make Caprese Salad (Quick Overview)

This salad is really easy to make! Start by adding the halved tomatoes, fresh basil, and mozzarella pearls into a bowl.

If you can’t find mozzarella pearls, you can cube regular fresh mozzarella instead. But use the pearls if you can find them – they’re fun to eat and pretty cute too!

In a separate small bowl, create the dressing by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Pour the dressing over the main ingredients.

Toss and serve immediately.

Ingredients
