Ingredients Needed for This Easy Mocha Recipe
Ingredient quantities are located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
- Milk: I usually use 2% Fairlife Milk for the extra protein, but any milk works here
- Heavy whipping cream: This makes it extra-creamy!
- Brewed coffee: Any coffee works here – I personally use a heaping teaspoon of Nescafe Gold Instant Espresso made in 6 oz water
- Cocoa powder: For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dutch-process cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar: I recommend powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar to ensure the sugar fully dissolves
- Peppermint extract or peppermint syrup
- Homemade whipped cream: optional, but highly recommended!
- Other toppings as desired: More cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, chocolate syrup, etc.
