How To Make Grinch Fudge (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make the Grinch fudge recipe. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.
Line an 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
Add the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave them at 50% power in 20-second bursts, stirring each time until they’re fully melted. Be careful not to overcook the chocolate.
The chips will melt quite a bit on their own after the first few bursts as long as you give them a good stir after each burst.

Once you have smooth chocolate like this, move onto the next step.

In a small microwave-safe bowl or glass cup, warm up the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds at full power.
One 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk contains 1 1/4 cups of sweetened condensed milk. If you want your fudge to be slightly softer, use only 1 cup and reserve the remaining 1/4 cup for another recipe.
Now for the fun part! Mix the melted white chocolate, warmed condensed milk, and green food coloring (plus mint or peppermint extract if you’d like).
Stir it all together until smooth, adding more food dye if you want a bolder color.

Pour the mixture into your lined pan and smooth it out with a spatula.

Pop it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until it’s set.
Once it’s firm, cut it into pieces and stick a little red sprinkle heart on each one. I like using a tiny dab of cookie icing to glue the hearts on, but you can also just push them into the fudge until they stay put.

Store your cute little fudge pieces in the fridge—they’ll last up to a week (if they’re not all eaten before then!).
