How To Make 3-Ingredient PB Balls (Quick Overview)
The steps below are just a quick overview of how to make 3-ingredient peanut butter balls. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

- Add the peanut butter, syrup, and oat flour to a bowl (Photos 1 and 2), then thoroughly mix until a thick batter forms (Photo 3).
- Scoop out even servings and roll the batter into a ball before placing it on a non-stick cookie sheet. (Photo 4)
- Firm up the peanut butter balls in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Note
Because natural peanut butter can vary in texture by brand, sometimes this recipe needs a little tweaking to properly form peanut butter balls.
If your dough is too wet: Stick the batter in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. Alternatively, you can add 1 tbsp of ground oats or whole oats at a time until you reach your desired texture.
If your dough is too dry: Start by adding 1 tbsp maple syrup, then 1 tbsp peanut butter, alternativing and mixing in between each addition until you reach your desired texture.

These were easy to make. I really enjoyed them and how filling they were.
I’ll be making these again. They are great to take them on the road as a snack.
