  2. Water
  3. Vodka

Vodka Notes

  • You can use plain vodka, or you can use a flavored vodka that will complement the lime Jello flavor. Options include lemon, strawberry, coconut, cucumber, whipped cream, vanilla, etc.

Tips for Making St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shots

The section below just outlines a few quick tips. The full process in detail is located in the recipe card at the end of the post.

🍀 Chill both the water and the vodka. This will help the Jello set faster.

🍀 Make sure your Jello shots are fully set before serving or you’ll end up with boozy slime!

🍀 You can serve these shot-style (as the name suggests) or with mini spoons for a slightly different serving experience.

🍀 These can also be made with sugar-free Jello. Do not use 6 oz of sugar-free Jello. Instead, use two small boxes (the boxes with four servings per box). The sugar-free Jello boxes have much less volume, but they will still work with this recipe.

Enjoy!
